Post Christmas shopping

After Christmas we headed to the mall – to exchange a huge jar of creme de La Mer my wonderful husband got me for Christmas. I could never use it all up before it goes bad, so we exchanged it for a whole set of my favorite La Mer products: firming mask, lifting contour serum and moisturizer.

I prefer smaller jars since I do not use a lot and many products just end up in the trash. All 3 of those are the perfect size:


21 Day Fix – my lunch today

Baby arugula, cherry tomatoes, gypsy salami, dressed in balsamic vinegar, drop of olive oil and sprinkled with blue cheese.
2 green containers, 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow and 1 teaspoon of dressing.

As far as exercise goes, I did 10 minute abs and gearing myself up for Tummy Tuck by Leandro Carvalho

21 Day Fix – Day 19

Ran a mile before breakfast – Mindays are my cardio days.

Breakfast – Shakeology shake with a medium banana. (1 red, 1 purple)

Snack – cup of greek yogurt with banana slices (1 red, .5 purple)

Lunch – lettuce, tomatoes, edamame topped with feta cheese (2 green, 1 yellow, 1 light blue)

Dinner – stir fried vegetables: broccoli, mushrooms, sweet peppers, zuccini, cherry tomatoes (1 green)

21 Day Fix – Day 17

I am on day 17 of my 21 day fix, here is my dinner: 1 red, 1 green, and 1 yellow. Grilled vegetables, some steak and edamame.

For the first two weeks I have not made any progress at all, but then I added and extra fruit and took out one serving of proteinand looks like it made a difference – I lost one pound. I guess after I complete the program I will go for round 2. But this time I will add some tweaks to my diet.

21 Day Fix – Day 10

Breakfast – 1 scoop of Shakeology with a medium banana, plus a piece of mango – 1 red and 1.5 purple

Lunch – Salad: Boston lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheddar, feta, gypsy salami with ahint if balsamic vinegar and olive oil and some salt – 2 green and 1 red

Saving 2 yellow for the Shandor’s birthday party tonight.

Will take a small break and will get to the Lower Body Fix exercise.
