As far as exercise goes, I did 10 minute abs and gearing myself up for Tummy Tuck by Leandro Carvalho
Got a yukata from Uniqlo today. It is not as nice as the silk one I got years ago but it is still very pretty.
Perfect for vacuuming and other housework:)

Going for another round, today was day 1. Went for a run in the morning, then – shakeology for breakfast and here is my healthy lunch:
Today is day 21 and a yoga day

So far I really do not see any difference, except I feel stronger. I ended up loosing only a couple of pounds, so I am going fir round 2.
Ran a mile before breakfast – Mindays are my cardio days.
Breakfast – Shakeology shake with a medium banana. (1 red, 1 purple)
Snack – cup of greek yogurt with banana slices (1 red, .5 purple)
Lunch – lettuce, tomatoes, edamame topped with feta cheese (2 green, 1 yellow, 1 light blue)
Dinner – stir fried vegetables: broccoli, mushrooms, sweet peppers, zuccini, cherry tomatoes (1 green)
I am on day 17 of my 21 day fix, here is my dinner: 1 red, 1 green, and 1 yellow. Grilled vegetables, some steak and edamame.
For the first two weeks I have not made any progress at all, but then I added and extra fruit and took out one serving of proteinand looks like it made a difference – I lost one pound. I guess after I complete the program I will go for round 2. But this time I will add some tweaks to my diet.
