Picante Carrot Salad

Here is a simple, healthy and delicious side dish that is favored by my husband:

Ingridients:
3-4 carrots
2-3 garlic cloves
3 tsps of mayo

Preparation:

    Wash and peel the carrots

  • Grate the carrots using the larger grater side

  • Grate the garlic cloves and add to the carrots

  • Add couple of teaspoons of mayo and mix it well
